Richard De La Madrid has been the best! This will be the fourth home I have owned in the past 20+ years. Fortunately I have never had a bad experience with agents but I have heard some horror stories. I would highly, highly recommend Richard. Wow where do I even begin. Richard De La Madrid has been incredible. I feel like we've become very close friends because of all we've been through. He spent hours and hours with us. The house we hope to purchase wasn't even on our "to look at" list. He took a chance and showed it to us. We believe it was meant to be.
